PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the next Downe Township Combined Planning Board Reorganization Meeting is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 7:00 pm and will be held in person and will be open to the public at its usual location, at the Downe Township Municipal Complex located at 288 Main Street, Newport, New Jersey 08345.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the State Planning Commission shall conduct six public hearings for the purpose of receiving testimony on the draft Final New Jersey’s State Development and Redevelopment Plan and the draft Infrastructure Needs Assessment pursuant to the State Planning Act at N.J.S.A. 52:18A-202(c) as set forth in the State Planning Rules N.J.A.C. 15:30-5.2.
Additionally, under N.J.A.C. 15:30 -1.7 (c), municipalities and counties are required to post the attached notice on their website by August 29, 2025. The public hearings notice can also be found here or by clicking the link below:
