The responsibility of the Public Works Department is to ensure that all municipal owned buildings and properties are maintained secured and safe. Public Works Department is responsible for maintaining and cleaning the Townships streets and alleys, repairing potholes, maintaining public beaches and removal of snow during the winter

Complaints regarding Township owned properties may be submitted by calling the Municipal Office.

The Public Works Department is responsible for the following:

Repair and replace street signs
Storm drains
Snow and Ice Removal
Mowing of roadways
Maintaining Township Properties
Pathing and Repairing Roads
Removal of trees on Roadways that pose a potential hazard
Street Lighting – report outages
Solid Waste Collection and Recycling
